Judge of the Tarrant County Criminal Court No. 9
Brian Bolton was elected as Judge of Tarrant County Criminal Court Nine (CCC9) in November 2022. CCC9 has general jurisdiction over misdemeanor offenses in Tarrant County, including DWI offenses, drug offenses, theft offenses, weapons offenses, property offenses, and assaultive offenses. Additionally, the Court is cross-assigned with the criminal District Courts, allowing for felony cases to be tried and disposed of in CCC9.
